NeuroTalkCentral does have a certain something -- it is a prestigious sounding name - no?
While Neurotalk sounds more lke "Just" a chatroom.
Central conveys ALL neurology topics.
Like PsychCentral conveys all psychology and psychiatry topics.

Course, NeuroCentral is cool too. Or was dot.org and dot.com already taken? But then again, there is always the subdomain idea.

Somehow I'm beginning to feel that this poll is a bit limiting in a way.
At the beginning of last week, I wasn't that avid for something like either of these. But (surprisingly) I find myself liking such names more and more.

Well, "NeuroTalk" was one of my choices, so I guess that I should be happy. [Grumble, grumble] But I still prefer, "Brainiacs", (which, upon research, is owned by a domain name entrepreneur who wants $388 for it). And my second choice, "Brainiacs Talk", has an unfortunate connotation when appearing in a url: "www.brainiacstalk.com" [Sigh!]

Good observation on the compounded word. There could have been a few mis-peceptions :confused: with that one.
