Smile pregnancy & rebif effects

Hello I was searching online for some possible answers and happened across this one. I recently thought I was pregnant as had 3 tests saying positive, it turned out I either had a miscarriage or possibly a cyst (this is pending my obgyn results) I contacted my neurologist who advised me to stop the rebif since I thought I was pregnant. I have missed 2 doses already and since my husband and I do want another baby I dont know if I should just stop until we succeed or continuing taking Rebif & quickly stop as soon as I do get pregnant.I am very scared if I stop and do relapse but at the same time my dream is to have another child. We are blessed with a 9 year old and want to give him a sibling. Any insight, suggestions are greatly appreciated as I am lost. Thanks!
