Default in and out of chatroom

Tonight I entered chatroom and was repeatedly shown the welcoming dialogue and apparently i was being dropped from chatroom also. Can someone explain to me what I need to do to stay in chatroom and not get popped out. Also, why does the welcoming message continue to show about every 20 seconds? I am referring to message concerning chatroom manners and the moderaters to contact with chatroom issues. I tried to contact them, but some weren't accepting emails or I hadn't posted enough to email. Thanks for any help I can get.

You may want to PM (Private Message) this to one of the Mods.

I've never seen that message on the chatroom before... maybe something new.... or a glitch in the system.

It sounds like what we call "getting booted" out of chat

sometimes it's the system - or sometimes it's the settings or the cache in your browser and it will cause you to get booted out and then you get back in chat and poof your get tossed out again..
a endless cycle it seems...

I had it happen to me a few times.

Do you know how to clear the cache in your browser?

here's a website that explains it and tells you how to do it for various browsers -

There is an option to PM in the chatroom,
but its not functional, I don't know if
the programmer has disabled that
feature but it IS there. We've tried to
use it. *laughs* But it doesn't work
except ---- *boots you out of the
chatroom*

And there is an option to email in the
chatroom as well - but that's non-
functional as well. I am only noticing
these features only under certain browsers.
And also it depends on your FIREWALL
status as well - depending on the type
of Firewall.

AND plus your Security System; if you have
CA Security System - you have to program
it to accept Neurotalk to the "Safe Zone" or
otherwise you'll be booted out.

IE 7 - if you've downloaded Silver program
to your XP - it will cause problems to all Fusion
Chatrooms for some weird reasons; either use
Firefox to access the chatroom or get rid of
Silver (which is for media/audio/mp3/etc),
for Windows Media Player 11 will do just fine.
Silver is still in the BETA stage for all I know,
and I haven't seen any public releases of this
version yet.

*NOTE: I do not know about IE 7 - Silver on
Windows VISTA & Fusion - however you can
visit Microsoft's Tech Board forum thread and
view the bugs, glitches, complaints, etc, there.

ALSO make sure your IE settings are set up
properly in the Options - if you're selection is
set on HIGH - you'll experience difficulties and
problems.

You would have to have Microsoft's VM (Virtual
Machine) updated and make sure that in the
IE Options - in the Advanced Settings that only
the JIT complier for virtual machine is enabled
(requires a restart)
is check-marked and the other two above it are
uncheck-marked.

<merely means closing your browser and opening
it up again>

And if you are still having difficulties you need
to go back to IE Options and click on SECURITY
and click on TRUSTED SITES - and add Neurotalk
to the site and - click on custom level - and enable
the Active X, Java VM. Manually.

This should override your Firewall & Security.

Hope this helps!
