Hi Julie,
I'm hardly in your shoes, but the past few years I've come to have issues with eggs and cheese. Eggs upset my stomach for hours, while recently I've noticed cheese is giving me gastrointestinal problems. I'm very alarmed by this as these things are a staple in my diet. I seldom eat eggs as they do the most damage...but at times I do and know I'll pay for it. I accept that at the moment I put the eggs in my mouth

I hope others will discover the source of their problems and join you on the board there. I think mine is just some kind of allergy or something that has come on the past few years.

Hugs to you!
