do you have pop ups allowed for nt? this can change some of the features if it's not allowed.

the thanks button also won't show up on your own posts. just the thanks people have given you.

They should be, but I will check to make sure. Before the last upgrade, I could hit thanks and it would show underneath the message. I just hit Thanks for your message and also Jo's and the word Thanks disappeared withing the post and did not show up underneath.

Okay, the pop ups are now allowed on my computer. I tried the Thanks button on your response and it disappeared. I will go read some more and come back and check again. Thanks

What skin or theme are you using also?

You might try one of the other skins and see if it makes any difference??

DocJohn has suggested you clear your cache and cookies as this seems to be what fixes this

We use Netscape. Cache and cookies deleted.

Since my last post, we changed over from Netscape to Internet Explorer and it now works. Thanks so much for your help.
