We switched the way the forum tracks what you've read and what you haven't and in doing so, unfortunately reset everyone's read data. You can reset all of your forums to be read by clicking on the "Mark All Forums Read" near the bottom of the main index.
As for subscriptions, make sure that box is still marked in your Edit Options section of your control panel. They should re-appear if you have that option checked. DocJohn
