The "view forum leaders" area can be found here-
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/showgroups.php The list shows all the moderators, and it shows the list of the forums they moderate. And when you view the list, it also shows which mods are online at the moment, so if you have any question that needs a quick answer you can use the list to see who is online and available.
