there is a "sticky" on New Member's forum to help with navigation around the community http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread18185.html you subscribe to forums/threads from your user CP, top left of the page or from the "Forum Tools" or "Thread Tools" drop down toward the center top of the page hope that helps
