As this place grows and trolls start invading, we will need Mods but not all-powerful Mods. No Mod should be able to ban anyone without arbitration, unless it's an obvious troll/stalker. No locking of threads and no zapping of threads/posts (unless a duplicate).

We are all adults and usually can and do work out any disagreements. Debate is good, but personal arguments should be taken to PMs, IMHO.

We could have a Mod, or two, for each branch forum, and perhaps chosen by that forum, to keep their forum as clean and running as smoothly as possible.

I love the Z man too.

Sounds like way too many Moderators to me.

Today worked really well, with just the deletion of a couple of posts. I'm glad the poster isn't banned.

I really don't want to see a Mod who represents a group in a forum.
