Default Does anyone have a sit/stand desk?

If so, would you please tell me how you like it? My P.T. is recommending one, and I'd like some feed back from others before I purchase one.

Thanks,

Maddy

Well, Maddy, this is weird. I posted a reply but it has disappeared.
Anyway....I tried one of these back in the 80's. You knelt and sat at the same time.
I found it very awkward to use and adjust to. Tried hard to use it, but it was just too uncomfortable. It was also the wrong height for the desk.
Try it for an hour or so if you can.
A few minutes won't be enough.
