If you have a website of your own, you could upload the
moving siggie to it using the code, and then link the URL via [img] tags. You would then be responsible for the bandwidth cost each time it was accessed as well. Anything over your fees, would fail, etc. Or copy to your computer and upload the IMG here etc.
