I think you have some MAlware on it.
go to Malwarebytes.com and download the FREE edition. This thing ROCKS! I have it on mine, and it yanked off three things that Nortons, AVG, and others passed on by. Its fast, and Free! I bet after you yank off the little critter, yours will behave better. I think I got mine from Facebook, and now run it everyday or two. it takes less than a min once set up to do a fast scan. good luck. Dej
