So the desktop has AVG in it.. SOmething said December 1 that upgrade to 9 is needed. Thinking it is a pay deal, the kids decide OKay to have AVG 8.0 active BUT it expired today...
I can't even open a program to scan, isolate, install or anything. I tried installing hijackthis, and the computer won't let any program open. Trying to force me to open and install a protector not mine.... Right now it is disconnected from the I-net so no access. I am not sure where to even begin. Will not start in safe mode, all the pop ups block and stop on normal start. I do not even know where the start up disk is, Blaming it on the dang World of War craft. SOmething must have keystroke access. STINKS
