I talked to Kevin today.... he has no clue. They have Vista and Windows 7 at work now.
He will ask the programmer about this tho tomorrow. He did say it might be a program you have that is somehow interfering with the delete function. He gave the example of a software release they did, that corrupted the clipboard (copy/paste) somehow...and that was a very difficult fix he said. Sounds like a real tough issue. I hope you get it cleared up Cheri, soon.
