Default video?

Okay, about my dell laptop. The video on it is working. When dh tried to view video anywhere else - youtube, myspace, no can do. It used to work - like a week ago.

He installed Advanced System Care, did a few things - I did to this pc too, no probs for me though.

I had the prob with that pc back after it crashed. But then, even its dvd player would not work. Tried everything, finally gave up trying to fix that, installed my mp3 player software and the media player, video worked.

Should we try that again?
