I wonder if something got scrambled in her FF applications area.
 Can she try IE 8 and see if if works for her that way? or she can do a reinstall of FF - my dh windows account/profile side of the computer was doing some weird things with his FF. so I just re downloaded it and reinstalled it , it kept all his bookmarks and settings. and fixed the problem. To be sure she doesn't lose any bookmarks or settings by accident she can back them up in a separate file place. info below - http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/...ring+bookmarks
