The wii comes with instructions on how to set it up. Its really easy. just follow the booklet.
The balance board has 2 scales. one on each side of the unit. its wireless, and requires batteries to work. it weighs how much of your body weight goes to each side, front, back or center. there are many great exercises. You DONT have to know how much you weigh unless you want to. you can also password protect it so only you can see your results if you want. have fun!
