The problem was not fixed. I don't know what else was done. the person who has it is crediting it to old age. Looks like a new tower is in my future. At least it's only the tower, we had the monitor, mouse, and keyboard upgraded within two recent years.
At least we have a lap top that was a planned Christmas present for my family. |
