If you have a cable jack in the back of your computer, you can watch regular TV. Just plug and go! If you dont have a cable jack for the coaxial cable, then you have to go to ABC.com NBC.com HULU.com and so forth.
Also if you are on a TV internet such as Comcast, you can watch thru thier website most any program that is broadcast on your TV thru their on demand menu of programs. Just be sure to avoid places that charge per movie or show. There are way too many free places out there to pay for anything.
