I am babysitting my sisters 7 year old child and she was supposed browse Ebay and somehow my sis had her password stored in her ebay on IE and my niece just bid on 2 i pods( Buy it now) (somewhere close to 400.00) and I need to know how to clear all stored passwords so she can't do this again.
I wrote the sellers and explained what happened but don;t know yet if they will relist....my sister is broke right now....damm, I hate computers!!! Thanks in advance!

sure hope your sis realises how very risky it is to store any passwords in the computer!! if you go to Tools and then Internet Options, you can clear all passwords. However, if your sister hasnt written them down somewhere, she may be really mad that they have been cleared. Best to wait for her and just keep the 7 year old off the computer for now ![]()

Mozilla Firefox and Netscape browsers [both free to download} have a bit more security built in than IE. {master passwords}
or there are software programs for keeping passwords safe plus she should make separate profiles for her and the kids her profile would be password secured -she would be administrator- and the kids profile would be limited so the they can't use her web sites or important files
