Question Opinions about Dragon speaking software???

I see today on TV many commercials for this, promoting it with a price reduction to $75.00 with a free kit with it.

Is this worth while? Have the bugs been removed? I type an awful lot here, and wonder if this would be helpful and useful?
I have carpal tunnel and PN, but I do get by. Less typing would be helpful for me though.

What will it NOT do? They show it doing searches on Google!
Would medical words flub it up too much? Things like that.

Any comments appreciated!
