Maybe it was the blizzard in NYC. Don't know. they are also sending me a new modem. Supposed to arrive today. But who knows. UPS can't get down any streets because NO ONE PLOWED. So if you don't hear from me again soon, it means MY INTERNET WENT DOWN AGAIN. I shall try and look into this thing on the bottom of my screen. It came up again when I turned on the computer this morning. ?????? lol Melody
