Odd.
Are you right clicking on it in the drop down Favorites list? I just double checked my flock & I clicked on a link in the favorites drop down list and the last option in the pop up is properties - OHHH I remember I didn't like the newest version so I changed back to the next older version, maybe that it why it's different.
