Melody,
In another of your posts you mention you're not getting email notification for your private messages either or for the password change. Which means you're getting no notifications from anything to do with NT. That, to me, means one of 2 things.

Email - as Chemar said earlier, your email provider may not have NeuroTalk as an allowed site so nothing is getting through. It would be helpful for you to contact them and find out if they're filtering them.

NT settings - if it turns out that your email provider is not at fault then I would go through all my user options and start again with a blank canvas. You've checked your email is the same, so look for something else. Something could be Unchecked that you've missed. First though, I would call my email provider. That would then narrow it down.
