Default Chat Room doesn't work for me

Hello, I can go into a chat room and type one line, hit send and it goes in the room no problem. Then after that when I type nothing shows up and nothing can be sent. How do I fix this ? I have contacted an administrator already and my account is fine on that end. I'm not puter savvy so please explain how to do it if you have something I can do about it. I'm only a member of NeuroTalk, not Psych Central. Thank you very much in advance for any help you can give me.
