Are you getting into the main room only , have you found the icon to go to other rooms where members may be?
There is a little doorway icon up near the top area that you click to change rooms. Often most members in the chat rooms are from Psych Central and not NT. NT members usually would set up a time/ w/ time zone info to chat with others from NT.
