Hi Donna,
I wrote a long msg but deleted it. It appears that Windows 8.1 is totally different from my computer and therefore the information was useless. I find the default settings for text are usually too small, so I keep it set at 125% rather than their default setting of 100%. It can go up to 150% on Win 8 it says there. That may be too big.
