I have just spent the past 10 minutes of my life in the totally pointless exercise of watching the 'best' Vines of January '16. Not funny, not entertaining and if this is the attention span of the current Generation, we are all in trouble.
Is there the technology out there whereby I can unsee this rubbish? Grumpy rant  Dave.

Pleading ignorance here - I don't even know what 'Vines' are - maybe better off from the sound of your experience Dave. Thanks for the heads-up on what to avoid.

I had heard tell of them before, this was my first experience. They are 6 second long, looped video clips of pointless nothings or tv/film clips. Dave.

It was a 'Best Of' compilation for January 2016 that came up in my Suggestions on YouTube. I watched them in a 10 minute block there as my vision went and my brain fried  I would not go looking for them on websites and am hypervigilant about anything I download. It has to be very necessary and come from a reputable website - usually pdf documents, Solicitor's letters, receipts, hard copies of forms. I am very boring  Dave.
