Hi,
I'm working on a video project with someone and she's on a Mac from 2012. When she tried to download a video 5GB in size we had created from her iCloud to her Mac laptop the file came out as a zip file that was in MB not GB size. Is this normal when downloading from iCloud? Or is it a sign that it did not download properly? How do we fix it? Or how do we open the zip to add the video to google drive to be emailed? Let me know? Thanks! |
