You can set some browsers or add extensions to clear cookies & cache on close or after x days..
Not sure how Apple Safari browser settings work, never tried it, but a web search should be able to help if that is your set up.... Chrome browser is by Google - so some say a bit less privacy in the settings & options.. My favorite has been Firefox for many years. Internet for people, not profit — Mozilla I use a Linux operating system now since Win XP expired. Mint Mate has been my fav for years and I tried/tested many Linux distros.. Linux lite, Zorin & PCLinuxOS are runner ups.. Linux systems don't need added security or cleaning programs..like Windows systems.. that is very nice..
