Agate, it came yesterday.
I only tried it once. It seems better if it's used sitting up with your neck and back leaning onto it. I first used it lying down but the little balls that do the massaging didn't feel so comfortable. It may just take time to get exactly the right position. Great on the calves and thigh. Didn't like the lower back but I used it lying down. I'll try sitting up for lower back and see how that goes. I didn't want it to hurt, but I did want pressure. The massage balls could have been made with a different type of material I think. Something with a bit more "give". The heat going at the same time is great though. The massage balls go in two directions. On the neck it feels great if the balls go in a downwards motion. I didn't feel comfortable when they switched and went into the upwards motion. Hard to explain. Now, if I was the designer, I would have done it a bit differently. ![]() |
