Hi
It has nothing to do with your computer. I am having trouble viewing SeaQuest, with a cable connection. It also buffers after 30 seconds.
The reason: This video comes from different sources, customer to customer and its quality varies.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stage6 has the best quality content.
