Do you shut off your computer every night or leave it on all the time?
just wondering - may not have anything to do with this problem. I do know I tried for a whole day to get the quick time player to work for a online school site on IE and I gave up , turned off the pc and the next time {day or two later} I tried it the darn thing worked.
