Thanks Jo!
You are an Angel! I have been trying to get this thing figured out and you helped me so much! I went to google and put in DC3400 and a couple of other things and it helped me understand what I needed to do and it worked!
The only thing is that they download so slow. It didn't do that before but at least I've figured out how to get back to where I was before the recovery.
I'll keep working with it and I bet I can figure this out too!
