times have changed.... AT & T wanted $99.00 to help me. I waited on hold for over an hour on Sat, with this problem. When I said-- holy cow... she offered $69.00 for the fix (no guarantee) or $139.00 for 6mos contract.
I'd rather apply that $$ to a new computer. My son is pretty good... I depend on him. But if this is too complicated we will replace. He was going to give us 512 RAM with installation for Xmas. I just might get a new tower. We'll see. I should get off the net as it is. It is just too addictive for me. Maybe this is a "sign" from my guardian angel? LOL I just tried to edit something on PN, and got a bunch of red x's. Didn't like the edit thingey ...whatever it is.
