that my son's Tech support (an USA software company) does NOT look like this.
He works on the IT lines as well as doing other tasks. (not oursourced) I showed it to my husband, and he says.... that when telephones were newly installed in Britain and USA....this is how it looked then. This is just what we have gone past.
