Default Houstin, we have a problem.

I finally have an Avatar but it is stationary. It is suppose to be dancing. What can I do now? Those kittys have been everywhere while I have tried to get them coralled in that little box. I was so proud of myself.

when you just resize a gif smaller it will lose it's animation. here is link to a program that will shrink it and keep the movement.

http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm

very easy to use. many of the members have used it.

hi sweets.

it's the big one of the dancing kitty's. you should be able to save it by right clicking. if not i'll email you.

i'm getting it the right size, but losing the movement.
