the support page for your AV program-
http://www.eset.com/support/index.php documents /manuals - http://www.eset.com/download/manuals.php there should be a setting you can change so it's not so restrictive - Or have SIL check it out. I hadn't heard of that AV program before. We do have in the sticky thread some suggested free AV/anti spyware/ malware programs - if the program keeps driving you nuts just uninstall it and try another one.
