Ok I think I got it figured out a bit... I clicked the Start Writing Fiction - and it takes you to another page where you can explore it or log in and see a demo and more options.
here's that page -

and I found that subject on this listing page-
http://openlearn.open.ac.uk/course/index.php

As long as it doesn't say anything about money or payments - they must be free....
