ok well, first things first, it doesnt say NO it says 'on'

not exactly sure what you are talking about is this in your upper tool bar, I use firefox and I have many links dragged up to the tool bar on top. you might notice in the address bar before the http there is an icon if that icon is dragged to your tool bar it places that icon there, so maybe someone dropped a link there???
