OK, you lost me at: "I for ON, O for OFF" and then I picked back up at "And that is what is interesting as I am reading through all these philosophy books...

all things end in sync...
chaos and order
Yin and Yang
Positive force and negative force"

The rest was amusing as well as thought provoking. Thanks.

Allen - I read an article a while back in either my Scientific America or my Discovery magazine about string theory. Let's just say I was lost!!! lol My dad however was reading some book about it and was enjoying it. He did say it was rather complex and he had to really sit back and think it through.

Allen you are right the string theories are really deep, wasn't it through string theory they proposed that you could possibly say there are parallel universe's?

Yes, that is why I said there could be a dozen you's running around in different time lines. The idea is mind boggling to say the least. You dont really know if your coming or going

The question is which you is the one in the here and now??? LOL

I love this stuff! The possibilities are endless, and your really never wrong or right for that matter

This all reminds me of the movie "The One" with Jet Li. He runs around killing all his other selfs in different dimensions growing stronger with each kill until he is "The One" left.

Maybe I should take a nap and try to tap into my other selfs in other dimensions so I can tap into their intelligence, and steal it all for me Muwahahahahahahaa!!!!

Maybe we can find our bizzaro! LOL

LOLOL, yep yep yep...

the answer IS: there are NO right answers...

I wasn't looking for an answer vs. what everybody thought of this stuff...

and yeah, the string theory is so deep and yeah, I think that is where all the parallel universe theory evolved from...

I try to go back to the basics:

for example:

think of the biggest number you can think of, and you can still add "1" to it

everything really is on "PLUS" "1" basis.

1+1+1+1+1 and it goes on and on and on...all the other theorems are kinda based on this simple concept.

another thing that I just thought of since Allen brought up the string theory, is animation.

it started out that the simple animations used to use 8 frames per/second

now the standard is 32 or 64 and I've heard some crazy rumor that they are going to attempt 128 frames/second

wow...but it can go on and on and on..on a per second basis:

check out this photo below:

it is done on a 12 frames per second basis.

imagine 128 of those per second.

I think part of string theory is based on that basis.

Every split second, there is a fork (decision)

for example. I wake up. I want to have coffee or tea. I am debating. But I decided to have tea.

Would there be another me in the alternative universe that drank coffee instead?

And if I had drank this tea and it made me sick and then made me miss work and then blah blah blah

then, would the other me that drank coffee had a nice day

but taking that in micro scales, would mean each second, our decisions can take us to an alternative universe thus making billions of us (I think Allen used Dozens to make the numbers easier to swallow) in different universes running around and each of them making more decisions and blah blah blah

but here is a thought...what IF whatever decisions and split ends and forks were made...ultimately takes us back to the SAME conclusion

like, we can take different roads to go to Rome, but it ALL leads to Rome??

Gosh, I LOVE this stuff too!! LOL

then there is the butterfly effect and Chaos Theory and all those other stuff

and of course, the new "DM" theory where tinkerbell comes in and sprinkles her fairy dust and make us all nuts....LOLOLOL

hey DM, you are on the right track, you answered my last part...can you hear moi, NOW?? LOLOLOL

hey Trish,

I is for electricity
O is for DD16 who keeps on unplugging the electric clock...

binary code 8 bits: 01101110 01100101 01110111 00100000 01110100 01101001 01110100 01110011 (trish, this is for your DD, LOLOL)

Wow time travel!!!

You know string theory is kinda on the verge of proving that time travel could or could not be done.

I was reading some stuff on singularities, gravity, and blackholes that mentioned things about uncovering time travel through these experiments. The article also mentioned the CERN lab as going to be on the cutting edge of proving or disproving these theories.

Wouldnt time travel be great!!

I would go back and leave myself notes at certain dates to tell myself to do, or not do certain things.

Like I would put a note on the windshield of my truck on march 31st 2000 telling me not to go to the doctor, and if I do go dont let them do the angio that disabled me LOL.

The only bad part is I would be tempted to leave notes with that weeks winning lotto numbers too LOL.

For those that are lost to all this geek talk you can go to the CERN website and learn in laymans terms about all this stuff we are talking about.
