unfortunately, virus creators live in different regions of the world.

There are not international laws so the crack down is all up to whatever region it is in.

I've read somewhere that Russian remains the highest concentration of spyware/malware creators and they don't have a lot of regulations there.

On top of that, a lot of these virus/spyware propellers are teenagers that are bored outta their minds...

until there are better regulations, I am afraid everyone's best bet is to continue to arm themselves up...TO THE MAX...
