Agree with all of the above! Last year I got a new PC - and yes it was on Vista. So then I needed new printer drivers and a new driver for scanner & fax.
So I searched by company name (HP, epson ettc), then support or vista drivers, then I was able to find new drivers for my stuff. It's a pain to do, but necessary. One bit of advice when you get a new Vista computer - I would turn OFF the "automatic update" feature for Vista. When it wants to update something - I'd do web searches on the subject and check to see if the update will do more harm than good... (Like the "update" that so famously ruined my Word 2007) good luck!  Jean
