your welcome stumps. playing with graphics is a great distractor.

have fun and don't worry about quality. I've played on alot of photochop threads and the most primitive are hilarious!

stumps - here's a quick lesson:

take original pic :

Crop out what you want. In this case I changed it to b/w and enlarged it by 125%:

Then I found the movie poster I wanted to use:

Changed that to b/w:

Selected the b/w John head and pasted it to the movie poster:

That's a down and dirty lesson.

On my tweaked end result, I took out the "O" in psycho and edited the background and cleaned it up with a cloning tool. Don't know if the program that I linked to for you has a clone tool. You can also play with the selection tool and copy paste sections.

quick tweak:

see there is very little DIFFERENCE between the 2 end results, so you don't need special skills or tools to have fun

Default or add a letter

in this case you match the original font as best you can. I used one on my computer called SimSun. Then you use the eye dropper tool to match the original font color, and blur it a bit to get it to blend naturally with the original.

omg. I could go on and on and on. I LOVE to teach ppl how to have fun on computers. You're going to be sorry you asked stumps
