I use Firefox but occasionally I'm forced to use IE. I have these options set in Explorer to clear out everything when I close the browser.

1. Open Internet Explorer, choosing "Tools" - "Internet Options".
2. From the multi-tabbed dialog box that follows, click "Advanced".
3. Scroll down to "Security".
4. Check "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed".
5. Press "OK" to close the dialog box.
