Okay I've tried everything that has been suggested to get rid of this virus
or adware. Its not going away.

my elderly neighbor got that pop up, and BOUGHT the security suite of tools, and then paid $59.95 for the set up. his whole machine crashed, and was a horrible mess. I brought it home with me, and it took HOURS to fix it. he called the bank, to report the incident, and they removed it from his credit card, and issued him a new card. It was a horrible mess.

Yep I know not to click on it if you don't know it. But its on Derrick's
computer. And he doesn't read well enough to know that it was
a virus.

I have tried everything to get rid of it. And I haven't been able to.

Any ideas.

Also any ideas how to stop the computer from just adding it when you
click it to go away. This is one that it says will add when you do that.

I need some help with this one so I can help my son.
