I lost my husband ten years ago. It was totally unexpected. It's such a shock. The rug's been pulled out from underneath you and it's going to take some time to get past the feelings of being scared, mad, confused and scared again.

Keep coming here. There are others who have gone through similar things who can offer support and encouragement. You're in my thoughts and prayers.
