Summer is here
In a most definite way I'm wearing a white Sundress, today Sipping coffee On my deck While my dogs Lay about Lazy, in the sun The day, Has just begun And, a sigh of relief Escapes my mind I watch the butterfly Flutter across the road Feeling a balmy Breeze Rustle through My hair A bee circling The ground Over there A cardinal lights On my apple-blossomed tree I have some time today Just for me And, I'm forgetting All of my cares Summer's here Just thought I'd share...
