I've Had Enough

I've had enough,
Of trying to please them all,
It's all too much,
I need to ignore their call.
I've had enough,
Of giving more than I should,
I feel burnt out,
I should escape if I could,
I've had enough,
Of being used every day,
I'm feeling trapped,
I really need to get away.
I've had enough,
Of how they always treat me,
Abuse my trust,
I know it's not how it should be.
I've had enough,
Of small talk and little lies,
Sneaky gossip,
I see the deceit in their eyes.
I've had enough,
Of all that they don't say,
The suspicion,
I feel the rejection every day.
I've had enough,
Of being taken for a ride,
Taken for granted,
It's the reality I can't hide.
I've had enough,
Of who they want me to be,
Expectations,
I just want some time to be me!
