Default Fall soft, fall silent

Fall soft, Fall silent,
Fall white;
Fill the vast hall of night.
You, slow light,
You, dear light,
Candle by the window,
Are my only moon-glow tonight.
I hear your old song,
Ladoga;
Sing low, hush low,
Sing to me.
I listen:
to "The heave and the ho
And the to and the fro"
On the throe
Of the jewel black sea.
And Then-
Fall soft, fall silent,
Fall white; while
My soul joins the vast hall of night.

~ Dubinin (aka Whitestone).
